Fowler Gagemaster CNC models help to completely automate the inspection process: including the scanning and best fitting without the need for training skilled operators. Programming the Gagemaster CNC is easy: just measure the part once and a full CNC program will be created automatically. The zoom lens is adjustable which allows the recording of magnification changes into the program. For optimum speed and reduced inspection times, measurements from data points taken using the touch probe are combined with those taken using video edge detection. Probe modules fitted with a variety of pre-calibrated styli can also be used in the same inspection by installing a probe changer rack.
